I hope this review helps others avoid the experience I had with this company. If it were possible to give zero stars, I would. Unfortunately, the rating system doesn’t allow it.
After providing a quote and accepting a deposit for the job, the company disappeared. Neither the office nor the plumber responded to my calls or emails after failing to show up at the agreed time. Initially, I was told the plumber was “on the way” or “waiting for parts,” but eventually, all communication ceased entirely. I waited the entire day with no update, no attempt to reschedule, and no apology.
The last contact I had with them was a promise to return my deposit for the unfulfilled work, which has yet to happen. I’m currently pursuing a complaint through consumer services and am prepared to escalate the matter to small claims court if necessary.
I strongly advise others to avoid this company.

Tops company. Best prices and definitely the best range of the wooden/engineered floor to choose from. We've ordered our floor right after visiting Thurrock Lakeside store where we've been helped by a very knowledgeable sales consultant Steven Pound. Who had not just explained to us the subtle differences between vendor products but also helped us to change our minds which type of floor lacquered or oiled we need! Product we ended up with was a sweet spot of quality and price and the floor looks just fantastic, thank you!

I do not usually go online and write reviews about the companies, but sinks-taps.com had excelled in every way possible so hats off to them!
I've been helped out by really polite sales representative Richard who actually went to the warehouse to double-check if the records in their database are correct and they can commit to the sale of the sink. Nothing like my previous experiences when I bought stuff for two days delivery i.e. just to find out in a weeks time of silence that the order will be in stock only in two weeks time. So long story short, I've called in at 4pm bought the sink and my kithchen fitter is installing it right now, which happens to be 11am of next working day. Can't be happier.
From my experience sinks-taps.com won't leave you in despair and deliver on their word. No nonsense. No "we've got it in stock but your next day delivery will happen in months time". Strongly recommended.
