Sewage overflow

Following a sewage overflow in my garden Wessex attended quickly and followed up with jetting and camera surveys to resolve the issue. The member of staff who saw this through, Ben Fletcher, was courteous and thorough, a credit to his company.
We are very pleased with the service we received and although the work is ongoing we are sure Wessex will resolve all outstanding issues.

Engineer vist charges

Worcester Bosch oil boiler broke down and a registered plumber had a look and said that a Worcester Bosch engineer would be the best option as it looked beyond repair, he charged me nothing.
Worcester Bosch engineer came round and confirmed the boiler was beyond economical repair. No parts were used and he was on site less than an hour. Worcester Bosch charged me £205 for the privilege although the engineer said they may not charge anything. Discussed with their customer service team and the charge still stands. Totally dissatisfied as its obvious i now need a new boiler but it wont be Worcester Bosch.

When a boiler is unrepairable we charge investigation and fault analysis fee as per are terms and conditions section 4.3. Which can be found on our website.
