On my way home last night I hit a pothole, one of the many littering our roads at the present time!
Called in at Just Tyres Amersham this morning, I had made no appointment. Was looked after by a gentleman called Dave. What service, outstanding. Took off the wheel, checked it to make sure everything was ok, refitted it, checked tyre pressure on all tyres. No charge.
What more can I say. Such a pleasure to be treated so kindly. Thank you so much.

Doing mediation online was not as bad as I feared. Jemma was very good at putting me at ease. Explained everything as we progressed through the meeting. Very good at drawing out the information that she required. Prompt with informing me what would happen at the next step.

Used AKT since the beginning. Great deodorant that actually works. Doesn't ruin your clothes. Environmentally friendly incl of packaging which is brilliant. What's not to like? Keep on doing what you're doing.🙌💙

Have always used Wise, but this time it was a little more difficult. But. I understand why the process now takes a little longer. What with all the scammers et al out there, Wise is just protecting you. So well done. Money was transferred and promptly received. 👌💪

Been with AKT since the beginning. Deodorant does exactly what is says. Have never entertained buying another deodorant. Changing, altering which type of deodorant easy to do. Subscribing well worth it and you're advised when next order is due in case you want to change, edit or skip it. Amazing. 🙌

I recently ordered a book from Speedyhen through Amazon to be delivered to Australia. Long story short there was a mix up over the correct address, partly my fault, partly the online form address from Amazon. After a bad start and, I wrote a review saying I wasn't happy. I would like to rectify that matter and tell you that Speedyhen did everything they could to help me track down the package, sometimes e-mailing me twice a day. The outcome was the book is still out there somewhere in the great unknown, but Speedyhen/Amazon refunded me my money, which was paid into my account today. Thank you to all the team at Speedyhen for going the extra mile especially when people don't give you the right info to start with. :{

Love the ethics behind who gives a crap, but sadly have stopped using it as has caused huge problems with pipes as it does not break down very well. Had to call in drainage expert. Lived in our house 30 odd years, never had problem with drains until we started using who gives a crap paper. Stopped using it, problem solved.

I have been on many St John's Ambulance first aid courses. Darren's was the best I have been on. He covered everything, but what I will remember most is that he made sure we were secure in our knowledge of CPR. He was kind, courteous, very knowledgeable about his subject and had a great sense of humour. Wish there were more tutors like him.

Parcel delivered here at home for my daughter this afternoon. Driver was cheerful, kind and courteous. His smile just added to the beautiful sunny day we're having. 😊 Pay attention other courier companies. Working in the service industry is just that. You are providing a service, do it with good grace or do something else with your life. KINDNESS COSTS NOTHING. Have good days people. 😊

Having been enthusiatic about my Oofos clogs I purchased a pair of Oofos shoes at £110. I have worn them half a dozen times and in the process of washing them this evening noticed a small split in both soles near the heels. Disappointed to say the least. 😕 Watch this space for further comments!

Oofos picked up my comments here. Sam rung me and e-mailed me with an offer of full refund or new pair. I opted for new pair as shoes are the most comfortable I have worn. New pair of shoes arrived two days after communication with a prepaid label for me to return damaged shoes. This in the week before Christmas! That's what you call customer service! Would recommend this company for that alone. If Sam's their front man, they need him to keep on doing what he's doing. Courteous and efficient, something lacking in a lot of companies these days.
Just need shoes in more colours now...one for each day of the week!😊👌👏 Well done Oofos.

I emailed them with a query reference no telephone number on their website and they actually rang me back almost immediately. This is a situation they are trying to resolve. As to my Oofos, haven't stopped wearing them since I received them. Delivery was prompt. True to size and amazingly comfortable. Just need them in lots if different colours now. Keep up the good work. Thank you. 😊👌
