We fly with jet2 many times a year

We fly with jet2 many times a year, normally with no issues at all, this was our third flight on the trot from Alicante to East Midlands being delayed??

We fly with jet2 a lot 3-4times a year

We fly with jet2 a lot 3-4times a year, our last two flights back to uk have been delayed, which makes a long day even longer, trust me not good

The drivers both ways were lovely

The drivers both ways were lovely, but on arrival at airport we were waiting 30 minutes or so, tried ringing contact numbers but all I got was number not recognised.
I was then suprised to find the driver had no clue were we was going and didn't speak a word of English. So it was not easy to say the least. Then he expected paying another challenge to explain we had pre paid!!.
I thought I'd took all the stress out of the transfer, but not at all, would I use you again ? What do you think?
