One Call Insurance is the worst I have ever come across…
One Call Insurance is the worst company. I was involved in a nonFault car accident in April 2023. They told me I was entitled to a courtesy car. They provided one to me, but from EasiDrive car hire company. Three years on the third party are refusing to pay for the courtesy (car hire) car. Now One Call are not helping me at all. Instead Easidrive have handed the claim to Garvins Law and now they want me to go to court to fight for the Easidrive bill. I am female 72 years old and am being harassed to attend court. If the other party refuses to pay then I would have to pay £9000. How is it fair. I thought I was getting a courtesy car, instead it was a hire car. I was misled. Had I know, I would have rented a car myself for £35 a day. Easidrive has charged £136 per day! No wonder the other party are refusing to pay. PLEASE PLEASE NEVER EVER USE One Call Insurance.
