Ordered new car speakers online and accepted there free fitting advisory appointment. I was promptly emailed and refunded for the item without explanation. I popped down to the shop and was told that there branch dosn't fit speakers. I was told East Kilbride offer that service. Drove to the store and asked for help and i was told by a rather helpful lady that they no longer offer fitting services for stereo units and speakers. I asked why this was offered online and why is there point of sale all over the store advertising this service. Poor show misleading customers with false advertising

The suit was in excellent condition. I had to return though as the jacket was slightly tight. Return was quick and easy. Money not refunded yet but that is to be expected on card payment. Would definitely use again
