I went into the Airth shop to try and book a putter fitting, as I was unable to do it online. The assistant asked if I was free at that time as he was a putter fitter and didn’t have a customer at that time.

He took the time to work on my stroke and changed my set up and he took the time to select the putter that was most suited to me.

He could have sold me a very expensive putter, however he didn’t, and instead sold me what I would say was an extremely nice putter which suits me rather than chasing the money.

I ordered a new RAB shell, was the best price I could find by over £70. Jacket was ordered and arrived 4 days later. Perfect service.

I ordered two OSB boards on line. I ordered during the holiday period and I expected a delay in my order due to the time of year. On the order form it said I would receive a further email when the order was ready to go (never received this). Had numerous missed calls one day after the holiday from beatsons, called back and was told that the delivery driver had failed to deliver my order however my address was only a partial address on my order form (I had a copy of my form) full address on it, both billing and delivery address. This only delayed my delivery by one day however having not received the confirmation email I didn’t know the delivery was being tried, I then took time off the following day so I could be in for the delivery. Just poor communication, could have easily been avoided. The product is great though and I’ve not had a problem with previous orders or communications.
