I know some Hermes reps get bad press but my rep is lovely. Respectful if parcels etc. Both parcels delivered in tact and promptly so I have no complaints

Bought Christmas selections and fudge as we wanted sweets we liked not tubs that you only like half of but eat the rest because we dont want to waste them. Proper traditional liquorice and good quality sweets with quick delivery. Yummy 🤤 😋

The mechanic that fitted the radio was excellent and couldn't fault him. The customer service was appalling. I am a wheelchair user and have to book things around when I have support to do things. My original booking was misplaced, then double booked and then was booked in for a different day.

Although the job was eventually done it was so much strain to get it done it would have been easier to go to a mechanic!!!
