Went to Stoke from Bolton to look at sofas and trust me I have looked at sofas on ever website and store. I came to the conclusion that these where the best as all rounders price, choice, colours sizes and more modern without a hefty price tag. The only thing I was really viewing was the quality and the fabric choices. The manager at this store was sooooo helpful without being pushy, I made a purchase and feel confident in it and am looking forward to taking delivery of it when it's ready - Thank you

It is rare these days to be met with genuine warmth that radiates like a sunbeam. Lilly and sarah helped me to my car the second time and lilly came back when she saw me struggling to get everything in. Natalie and Georgi created a helpful desk where they both helped all customers and ensured everything was perfect. I asked Lilly did she like working at Charles n Ivy and she told me she loves it. Consumer laws not upheld. This company use a written policy of 2 days after delivery to inform them of any damaged items. They refused to refund or replace broken tiles. Consumer law states that you are allowed 30 days to perform this after delivery during which time the tile company is legally responsable for the tiles damaged and are obliged to either refund or exchange the breakages in a timely fashion. The consumer YOU can give them the option to collect the damages at their own cost. Not good practice but great tiles and price.

What went wrong was a rude uninformed refusal and an ignored reply after I requested replacements as a gesture of good will after pointing out the rediculous unachievable policy of two days in relation to tile volume and installation times of my purchase to notice breakages. It is rediculous to think it is possible to examin every tile in a large or small order. This was my third purchase of these same tiles. I was sold on my second order tiles that where not in stock. This took weeks and an update request to be informed. The tiles where quickly sourced im guessing from within the company after a refund request was made. I was offered free tiles in case there where any breakages by being given all the remaining stock which where not sent.

This was my third purchase with 6 badly chipped large tiles others have been broken in the previous orders but tiler rescued them for cuts and placing under units. I have emails to confirm all of this and THEY DONT ANSWER THE PHONE.

The latest insult is a generic reply as seen, with an email requesting further information within 3 days. Still no response and I dont expect one.

I cant speak for other people but sometimes its frustrating buying on line and I looked at many door companies before purchasing because of the reviews which where not wrong. Been to the clearance in Carrington. The warehouse lad who usually works nights ( only been there 7 weeks) was so helpful. I bought a large quality of slats, the manager cut the posts they had for me. One of the young ladies helped even when hubby gets his measurements wrong lol. Finally delivered today in 2 days by Paul - cant fault them brilliant real people
