Please be aware when you order next day delivery is NOT GUARANTEED and all Ts and Cs should be read carefully. The only reason I chose this company was based on the branding "next day" and an urgent requirement for a pot of paint. Please DO READ the terms and conditions carefully and DO NOT choose this company purely based on next day delivery. In a rush I failed and did not do this. I'm now left with a pot of paint I can't use - also please check farrow and ball paints are non-refundable. Also in the terms and conditions which I failed to read.

Ordered small tin of concrete floor paint. Recieved relevant correspondence from courier that it would be delivered. Then got emails saying delayed, then another that package was going back to NPD. I contacted NPD on the Sunday afternoon asking for an update, not expecting a reply till the Monday. Got an instant response from Hayley, apologising for issues with courier and promptly sent a new order, which I received as promised. Superb customer service!

Fast efficient service of a well packaged product.

This is the second occasion that I've ordered from Next Day paint & I can only say as I find, SIMPLY SUPERB, the paint was delivered the next day, very carefully protected for its journey & good value for money.

They do exactly what it says on the tin nexr day delivery.

Ordered a Dulux colour match paint. Painted a full wall. And the paint, when dried is not the correct match. Iv sent requested photos. Where you can clearly see it is the incorrect shade. Requested to paint a sample on a piece of paper. I also did this. Company now saying Dulux have confirmed correct. Colour certainly isn’t correct as Iv the correct colour clearly on the other walls which is as purchased as Dulux paint. Iv stated I’m going to have to buy more paint to re do the full living room. Company have said to send off to Dulux. Appearing to take no liability. Paint was purchased at point of sale from this company. With clear evidence that it is mixed incorrectly. No offer of replacing or refund. Or partial. Really disappointed. Money out of pocket. And need to pay for the full room fully re painting.

Good price. Quick delivery

Ordered 4 cans of Chalk spray cans.
Cheaper than many online so was a bit apprehensive. All arrived next day as promised. Quality paint great colour.
One can half way through failed, simply swapped nozzles and was good to go. Definitely recommend and will return.
