Couldn't ask for more.

Bought a game online. Went to local shop showing one in stock, had the order confirmation email which included payment information on it.
Upon reaching the shop, i was told i could not pick up my game, as i had to have an 'order ready to collect' email, which had not come through as yet. I asked staff, couldn't they just reach around and get the game i have bough and paid for, they refused and made me wait another half an hour before bothering to give me the game, despite emails from CEX saying the order was confirmed and paid for, then they had the nerve to ask me for ID, which i didn't have on me.

Booked in for an A/C regass. Protyre did refill the AC gas, but when i picked the car up, i was told 'my compressor had gone and needed replacing". Bad enough, but worse when i realised that in order to fit a new compressor, all of the gas i'd just spend £90 on to fill, will be lost...so why fill the gas, if they could have just checked the compressor was working or not beforehand? They even do a free AC check, so why they didn't do it on my car before they filled it with gas that is now going to be lost, is beyond me. Not happy.

Always a good experience with Washington Vapes. Prices, especially on clearance products, are very good, as are their multi-pack / multi-buy deals. Postage is usually fast, and free over a certain spend amount, or reduced DPD postage if under that amount.

Prices were good, delivery fast and the product is quality.

On top of that, by referring a friend, both of us get a big discount on our next buy.

It's the first time i'be bought anything from Dellonda, first time i'd even heard of them actually, but I'm really impressed with this company.

The prices for the two bedchairs was great, they were dispatched and arrived when they were scheduled to, so everything went smoothly.

I don't write many of these reviews, but when i experience excellence in service, sadly something that is becoming more of a rarity of late, i make the effort. Grey Haze is a company i have no hesitation in recommending to anyone looking for a company providing quality, old-fashioned service. Very much a 'can-do' attitude from Jim, who helped me out with a small problem. I will be doing business with companies who have the same approach and less so with those who do not...with any luck, in time the majority of companies left will be like Grey Haze. Recommended.

Order arrived promptly and safely. Add the fact that Vape Korner is the most competitively priced for the juice I ordered, means repeat orders are a no brainer.

Ordered easily online, collected almost immediately, and was good value for money...any better, Toolstation would be rolling up to my house and giving the goods away for free! Always shop with this company, never let me down yet.

Bought four packets of speciality tomato seeds.

All arrived promptly, and of the fifteen seeds planted, all fifteen sprouted and have become strong seedlings, 100% germination rate can't be argued with!

RED Box Vape has become the first port of call for us when we buy more juice. We always get a great service from these guys, large selection of premium brands to choose from, competitive pricing and more often than not, there's discounted deals going on.

Goods are posted out to us as quick as a flash too, so i would honestly recommend these guys to anyone looking for a reliable source for e-juice etc.

Bit of a misunderstanding led to my order being delayed for a day longer than i expected and paid for, but once resolved my order arrived quickly and correct. I would order from this company again.

Ordered an item from this company, kept having to ask when dispatch / delivery was going to be, even though i'd paid for premium delivery. Almost a week later i received an email saying my item had been dispatched and would arrive soon.

Progress at last was the thought for the day, until i tried the tracking number, which of course wasn't a tracking number at all...a lot of emails and phone calls later, and then was told the item was no longer produced by the manufacturer, meaning the item, i'd bought and paid for was NEVER available from the start!

Not happy is an understatement. Still, it all worked out, because a bought another, similar item, which was better specs and value, but no thanks to this company.

I was refunded reasonably quickly, but would not order anything from these people again.

There was a little mix up on the stock levels of items i had ordered, but this was quickly rectified and put right as soon as it was apparent. I am more than happy to recommend The Vaping Hamster to all my friends and family who also vape.

I'll not hesitate to come back for more lovely juice and gear when i need them.

Hesitant to order from OnBuy at first, as i'd never used them before, but everything went fine.

I ordered and paid, the products were sent out well packaged and on time and as described....the perfect shopping experience.

Will buy from OnBuy again.
