Lookers Ford South Woodham always provide a great service from booking throught to completion and checking everything was OK. We have our three family cars serviced there. Always very friendly, efficient, and helpful. Everything done as promised and the car washed really well and ready on time.

Great way to spread the cost of car serving. We have all 3 of our Ford cars under plans with EMAC and have used them for all of our previous vehicles. We spoke to Concentine today to renew one of plans and he was super helpful, it was all sorted in a few minutes.

We have used EMAC for our Ford vehicle service plans on all of our families cars for the past 25 years and they are great. Very freindly, prompt and helpful and the plans are easy to understand and clear. Would recomennd.

One of the cords in one of the blinds in our order was not tied on correctly and was too short. Luckily we had some matching cord and were able to replace the incorrect cord and tie it properly. Additionally, the buttons securing the cords into the base bar of the blind were not pushed in properly but this was also fixable. The blinds are now up and look great but a bit more attention to assembly and quality control is required. Must try harder!

In a household with three Ford cars (all supplied from South Woodham), I would also recommend the Lookers service plan. It's a great way of spreading and fixing the cost of car servicing.

We rented from Budget at Boston Logan thru Car Trawler. The computers were down at the pick up desk but the lady there did the paperwork manually very efficiently and very fast - so top marks. We were about 45 mins early in picking up, so car was not properly cleaned on outside and inside. I cleaned the inside myself when we reached our destination!
Apart from that, it all went well with the hire and I would use both Budget and Car Trawler again.

I dropped my business phone on Sunday night and broke the glass. Found Revivaphone on Monday and had it all fixed and looking as good as new by Tuesday lunchtime..and I didn't need not leave home once through the process! The technician who came to my house was so polite and it only took him 30 minutes to fix a new screen to my phone. Brilliant service and I would thoroughly recommend Revivaphone to anyone.

Why have they changed layout so that you are forced to walk through the shops?!!!! That was a rhetorical question!
As I use Stanstead for frequent business travel I don't want to go all the way around the shopping mall every time just to get into departures. Much preferred the old layout. Why not have a quick route through for those that don't want the shopping experience every time?
And how long is it going to take top finish the building works! Are they saving enough each time to buy another packet of Pollyfilla. Its taking ages!
