The mattress was in stock so delivery was quick and prompt. I was kept informed about delivery times. It is a very comfortable, supportive mattress.
The only thing I would suggest is that a built in handle on the top and bottom of the mattress should be on the mattress - like on the sides - making moving and maneuvering the mattress easier 🙂👍

What a fab 2 days in Scarborough at The Southlands Hotel. The food was good, the drinks package was a bonus, the entertainment (male singer) was brilliant.
Plenty of free time to see the town.

From telephone operators to drivers, from hotels to locations we are never disappointed. Definitely value for money holidays / weekends / day breaks you deliver a ***** service 🙂

The care your drivers take to unsure you enjoy your trip. Good standard of hotels. I also like the contact with text messages too 👍

Always a friendly voice at the end of the phone when booking the trip, drivers are always pleasant, jovial and give you information about your destination and lastly I've never stayed in a poor hotel. They have always been new or recently refurbished. 😊 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 star ratings from me

The welcome you get when you enter the store is superb. Welcoming and friendly, no pushy salespersons hounding you, you get the expert advice without the salesperson following you round. They give you sound advice and the space and time you need to make your mind up. 😊

The transfer from airport to hotel was a shamble from start to finish.
The coach park was quite a trek from the arrivals entrance, trying to find the right coach was a nightmare, then you had to load your own luggage onto the coach. Once on the coach the driver spoke no English, he was dropping passengers off nowhere near their hotel or apartments (because of the narrow roads) giving them no indication where there hotel was. When getting off the coach you had to take your luggage off the coach. The coach company was EROS.
When arriving at the Giutart Hotel - Lloret de Mar the night manager was so rude. We were first in line and he totally blanked us to check-in a Spanish group at the end of the line - I was gob smacked !
4 of us in a room and we were given 1 - yes 1 key card. The hotel had 3 hotels within the complex and the night manager gave us no indication where our room was, hotel security pointed us to the right complex. Arriving after midnight - and being on the go so long we, expected some food and drink in our room (with us being all inclusive) there wasn't even a bottle of water in the room for us. After all we had paid for that day of our holiday. We had to go out for something to eat & drink !
The next day when we had settled in we tried to get served at the bar. The bar staff informed us 1 card, 1 drink, we tried to explain there were 4 in our room but they wouldn't accept that reason. Needless to say we were forever going to the bar. Also the keycard stopped working quite often so we were for ever going to reception to unlock the keycard. A disappointing review for this hotel, would not return here.
