Extremely stressful, refund only via chargeback
I ordered from Allzone on 13 November 2025. The experience that followed was weeks of stress, time-wasting, and uncertainty.
A shipping label was created with GLS, but the courier never received the parcel. No delivery ever happened. Despite this, I was repeatedly given vague updates and shifting explanations.
When I cancelled the order and asked for a refund, I was:
-Offered store credit instead of a refund
-Given no clear timeline for getting my money back
-Sent long emails full of generic wording but no concrete action
I spent hours:
-Chasing emails
-Taking screenshots
-Reading consumer advice
-Contacting my bank
-Stressing about whether I’d ever see my money again
Eventually, the only way I got my money back was by raising a Visa chargeback through my bank. Allzone later admitted they could not refund directly and told me to do a chargeback instead.
I did finally get my money back on 30th January 2026 — but only after weeks of emotional energy, admin, and anxiety. A legitimate retailer should not require customers to involve their bank to recover funds for goods that were never delivered.
I would strongly advise others to avoid Allzone unless you’re prepared for delays, unclear communication, and having to fight for your refund.
