I loathe it. Can’t get most channels and can’t find how to stop subscription - neither phone number I was given works. AVOID. Never worked properly…..

Usually, you should receive over 225+ channels via your set-top box: 100+ live Freeview channels and 125+ internet-based channels. Please contact our customer support team via email (support@netgem.com), so they can help you receive all, if not most of these channels.

Package thrown over an 8ft wall into neighbour's garden, despite being marked FRAGILE, on a very wet day. Packaging ripped. I never use Hermes, this was an eBay purchase sent to me. DO NOT USE!

I've used Collect + before and have been very pleased indeed. This time, parcel was not collected and took 9 days to arrive. This was annoying as it contained items I needed, but I realise it was just an error. It willnot stop me using Collect + again,
