I have been reporting an issue with my Octopus Electricity smart meter since December 2024. It has still to be fixed, despite last contact from Mark 25/02/25 promising a meter exchange. No contact has been received since then. Very!!! Unhappy

Joe from Octopus has been in touch and I have received confirmation of a visit to replace the faulty meter on 17/03/25. So very happy with the prompt action now taken by Joe and his team, it is more the service I expected of Octopus. Happy to update the review further "post" meter replacement, but it is now heading in the right direction.
