Not great for my vehicle it says custom made I think not for my vehicle

Had mine purchased for me for Christmas only just got round to fitting them & if I’m being truthful the company definitely need to revisit the Mitsubishi outlander template as there’s a fair few humps & bumps that aren’t custom made to fit around also it tells you if you have anchor points in the front leave the front mat in this the Mitsubishi outlander these are anchor hooks that stick up so had to go under to floor to unbolt these which isn’t ideal so overall not the best fit or fitting experience.
And now after been in the car for a few days the terrible Velcro sticky pads they send you have all started to ping off despite the areas been extensive cleaned & degreased very poor complete waste of money.

I’ve checked your order (WP31514GB), and it was delivered in November last year. As outlined in our policy, any fitment concerns must be reported within 14 days of receiving the order so that we can investigate and assist accordingly.

Unfortunately, as the order is now well outside of that timeframe, we’re unable to provide further assistance regarding the fitment or the Velcro issue.

I do apologise that this isn’t the outcome you were hoping for, and I’m sorry for any frustration this has caused.

Daylight robbery literally

Daughter lost her phone in the drop off car park & was handed in the morning of the 15th October 2025 we made a claim that very morning the website states that it’s £10 per day yet this horrendous company have quoted £27.50 plus the P&P to return the phone the P&P I get but £27.50 retrieval fee doesn’t sit right with me at the end of the day it’s an unfortunate situation to be in & no one’s fault really I wished I had time to challenge this because if your retrieving your property that you’ve lost it’s still your property by law so why do you have to pay ok a small admin fee maybe but £27.50 for an item we claimed on the very morning it was loaded on to the system & it clearly stated £10 per day how do you get to £27.50 shocking. So just had an update,
Breakdown of charges
Admin Fee (For what) £22.92
P&P (Without Insurance) £20.46
VAT £8.68
Total £52.05
For keeping an IPhone for literally half a day or do we also have to pay for the delays in responding to emails WOW just WOW but we do have the option to go & pick it up by appointment only to the tune of £27.50.
So after the reply below the reply confirms my sentiments & ethical reasons behind charging fees for lost property to simply make a business out of it,
If the phone had been lost anywhere else other than a airport & handed into the local constabulary or on other forms of transport IE my local bus operator do they charge a retrieval fee no they don’t anyway point is in my view a very unethical business & airports should bring it back in house & factor it in to their P&L not charge the person whom as had the unfortunate experience of losing the item in the first place.

For clarity, our website does not state that the retrieval fee is £10 per day, in fact, our fee is not time-based at all. Whether the item is collected the same day or after 90 days, the cost remains the same because it reflects the liability, security, and administrative overhead involved in handling high-value items like iPhones, especially in a busy international airport environment. Lost Property services are governed by byelaws which are fully adhered to and can be viewed on the airport's website.

The admin fee covers much more than just “keeping” the item. It includes staffing the Lost Property desk for up to 18 hours a day, detailed item logging, records, secure storage in restricted-access facilities, insurance and traceability of valuables and operating costs of a premium airport concession

Having reviewed your case, all responses were within 24 hours the option to collect the item in person, or to arrange secure delivery to your home. The postage cost quoted is directly from our courier and includes packaging, handling and VAT.

We always aim to provide a helpful, transparent and secure service, and we’re sorry you feel let down on this occasion.

Wow just wow can’t believe I’ve only just found this place.

Well where do I start this place is just something else I literally only just discovered this from seeing the adverting boards at the Sheffield parkway roundabout,

We have been purchasing sofas from top name companies & literally wasting £££££££s we paid S2 sofas a visit on New Year’s Day I spoke with a really helpful guy called Malcolm he made us feel really welcome told us to take a look at our leisure if we needed any help give him a shout no pressure sell really really refreshing.

So we made a purchase of the sofa we’d gone to see but not before taking a look at the expansive range of sofas they have everything from sofa beds to recliners to corner suites & top of the range ones at that just not with the top of the range price.

So from the outset really good service however when it came to the delivery this is where it stepped up another notch so the sofa came at 7am this morning(9/1/2025)delivered by 2 young men by the names of Sam & Ben 2 really professional guys from the moment they arrived until the moment they left an all round fantastic experience.

So only one thing to say really if you want a truly amazing buying & delivery experience of furniture that’s top notch without the top notch prices get yourselves down to S2 Sofas WOW JUST WOW.

Still ok

Was & always is a good experience this time around I made a purchase for my wife,
The reason for 4 & not 5 stars this time around I just think the ladies briefs & bras don’t feel as nice as the men’s boxer I thought they was all made from bamboo but still ok.
