Delivery and ease of ordering was fantastic no complaints at all.
However, I'm not sure if I'm missing something. I ordered 4 different flavours and each taste gritty and powdery, even after using a blender. I've tried them with water and milk and always the same issue. I'm so disappointed after reading all the good reviews, surely they're not supposed to taste like grit? I feel like I'm chewing powder with every mouthful.

Placed an order for 4 dresses as have 2 weddings coming up and wanted to try on different styles. All 4 dresses arrived in separate parcels, which I had not been made aware of upon ordering but no big deal until I wanted to return 3 of them. As they arrived in seperate parcels I had to return each one individually to its manufacturer, and each item would be charged for the return !! Absolutely disgusting, I ordered from ONE website and should return to ONE website. If this is the way Debenhams wants to work it needs to make it clearer that the items are dispatched from different warehouses and will incur separate return charges. Will never ever order from here again!

Had an issue with my car brakes where they didn't seem 'right'. Google search pointed at this company who advertise a free brake check, website advised just to pop in. Drove there to be told by the rudest mechanic that front discs and pads were required and they couldn't fit it in until the next week. The man didn't even look at the car, so this free brake check is a load of rubbish. The attitude of the mechanic was very intimidating and it put me off ever going there again. My guess is they only want quick tyre jobs, anything else they couldn't care less.

No refund!!! Spent over £150 on terrible quality items which were all returned, received an email advising they had the return parcel but radio silence since.

In response to Boohoos comment below, I have still not received this refund! And still cannot get any sense from customer service. Appalling.

Ordered trainers from Dress Inn, checked here for reviews first was a bit dubious but went ahead.
Low and behold, 3 weeks later there was no change in the delivery status, so I went on the chat function to query and they didn't even have the trainers in stock yet!! So basically sold out but sold them to me anyway.
Options were to wait for them with no time frame or cancel. Not happy!

Ordered the American & World snack box for £19.99. Very impressed with the contents around 8 items and all carefully packaged. Considering a proper American bag of Cheetos is 5.99 in my local shop, it's great value for money for the type of product. Delivery was quick too.

Impossible to get hold of anyone other than a customer advisor who says they will pass on a message (which they don't.) 10 weeks trying to get a query resolved and keep getting told someone will get back to me each time with no avail. Avoid!!!

Dress did not match description and the £5.90 return fee is daylight robbery!!! Can send it cheaper myself via Royal Mail. Will not be using again, one positive is these extortionate return fees may bring a boost to the high streets again!

Paid £5 for a pair of trendy, gorgeous glasses that fit like a glove. Was worried as I have pretty bad eyesight that the prescription would be off but they are perfect. Will definitely be ordering more and recommending to family and friends

Ordered for my dog who keeps getting reoccurring ear infections which I've spent £100s on trying to get to the root of and was suggested it may be an allergy.
The test results came back quickly and in great detail, with the allergies suspicion being confirmed. I can now tailor my dogs diet to avoid the foods to which he is intolerant.

Item was delivered on time. Ordered the cookie but tasted very bland, 100% not worth the money

If I could give zero stars I would. Do not order from this fraudulent website! Took payment twice for an order, although the website said the payment had declined. Now they are saying I have not made an order although the money has been taken from my bank. Trying to contact them is a disgrace. Don't make the same mistake I did!.....In reply to Kitbags reposnse....I have obviously emailed, tweeted, messaged to get help with my query with no reply!!!

Fast delivery. The staff always willing to help find alternatives if lenses are out of stock. Never had any problems with Contactlenses.co.uk. Excellent.
