I ordered a month ago and had not received any correspondence. I was skeptical. I reached out to the chat and got all the answers I needed to proceed with submitting my test. I later found all my correspondence in my spam mail .

It's legit. Trust the process
I ordered a test on a Friday and hadn't heard or received correspondence from the site and became skeptical. I reached out to customer service and chatted with Angel who answered all of my concerns. He made sure I had the email and all the necessary information before the chat ended. Turns out the email went to spam but it was sent. I really appreciate the information.
