Excellent in store experience, told we would have bed before Xmas.
After they had our £££, Various delays which they kept us informed about.Mid February,Phone call advising delivery date, promising a call the night before with 2hr slot, call didn't come, so we emailed in the evening and got a reply! Excellent delivery crew, BUT when we assembled the bed, there were missing screws and badly made bolts that wouldn't thread. Luckily we had other hardware that we could use. No point in going all the way to the shop as our old bed had been removed & we needed somewhere to sleep. Comfy bed, a replacement leg to side rail fixing would make it perfect

From ordering a catalogue and fabric samples to visiting Bathgate showroom, ordering 2 sofas and then delivery, service first class and products perfect, thank you so much, over the years we have bought similar products elsewhere, no comparison

A good service, but I have been asked for a review before the order is complete! The oven door seal arrived very quickly, but the grill pan grill is on back order....so I cant give a full honest review yet. Your billing system caused be some anguish though. The full bill for both items was £45.07, and this appeared quickly as a pending debit on my account. I got an email to say the seal was on its was and the grill would be longer. My bank account the showed 2 further pending payments of £34.08 and £10.99. In all there was 3 payments pending totalling double the cost of the order. It has now worked its self out correctly but having lost money before to this double payments pending I always check things out

Course booked for 9.30-4, finished at 2.30. Too many anecdotes about trainer's family etc. Some information inaccurate re: HiB vaccination, TB/BCG,chicken pox (I am certain of this having been a registered nurse for 37yrs).
If you had never done CPR before, that part did not have enough detail. As a refresher course, could have been covered in 2 hrs. Busy foster carers need update but don't have time to listen to stories.

The seal was fine to start with, very flexible. But several weeks on the seal has become harder and less flexible and now the door is difficult to open.
