The smart alarm seems well made and easy to install. We had a few issues with the installation which were easily solved with the help of the support team who were extremely helpful and patient. The instructions for setting the alarm could be clearer with regard to the setting sequence. We purchased a mains powered siren which is very loud but the lead from the plug is only 2 metres which is no way long enough. The numbers on the key pad need to be larger and clearer for someone who has eyesight issues and for someone elderly. Overall we are very pleased with the alarm and would recommend it.

Had near side front and rear tyres replaced, they swapped front offside to rear and fitted the two new tyres on front and advised me of the condition of the existing tyres. Very good service, would recommend.
