DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are crooks and the businesses they work with are crooks too. They use every delay tactic in the book to avoid you getting the products you order and getting recompense when what you get is not as described (usually a cheap fake). DO NOT USE THEM!!!
On board staff were very good but maintenance of the coach was poor meaning we had safety-critical mechanical problems leading to significant delays. Back up support was mediocre

Utterly rubbish company. I ordered an ice cream maker and it took a month before it was due to be delivered. Then mysteriously they claim it was delivered to the wrong address. So they want to start the whole process again.# DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS CORRUPT SCAM COMPANY Luckily I paid by credit card and will get my money back via that route
Although Symbio Energy had a completely inexplicable billing system which even its on staff didn't understand, there is no doubt that they offered the lowest electricity prices available. But this leads me the the real point - they claimed their electricity was 100% from renewable sources, much of it owned by them. Since those sources do not use gas, why have they gone bust - or were they lying to us all along?? Noone seems to be asking this...
Fairly slow delivery, enormous amount of packaging and mixing opened packes of medication together to make up total even though order was right for full packets Not over impressed

I am sorry to hear this. Having reviewed your account I can see your orders have been dispensed and dispatched within our recommended timescale. As a mail order pharmacy, we do advise to allow 10 working days to receive your order, as it can take 48 hours to dispatch your order and longer in some cases, if we need to order stock in for you, this also allows for Royal Mail timescales.
We are working hard to improve the way that we send packages and our dispensing team has been instructed to send large letter parcels where the size of the medication will allow, these are much smaller than the parcel you have received and will fit through the letterbox. Please be aware however that this is not always possible, the size of the largest letterbox parcel we use is 2.5cm in depth, this means that the medication we put in the parcel needs to be 2.4cm or less in depth to fit. We also ensure that we are using all packaging available in the dispensary to avoid any wastage.
We do sometimes send our patients “part packs” of medication, made up from the remnants of other full boxes. This is a very normal process and is done to prevent wasting viable medication.

Please accept our sincere apology for the recent delay we are always looking for ways to improve our services your feedback will be passed on to the relevant department.
Would not use again, Firstly they are operating a pick up drop off service from the drop off only area which expressly says no pick up to avoid having to pay the terminal fee. Secondly I followed their instructions to the meet & greet section only to be told to go somewhere else and that I would have to pay the exit fee (£4) even though their advert said no fees. And finally had to wait almost an hour for them to return my car on collection despite supposedly being only a 'short distance' away - who knows where it was parked or what they'd been doing with it. Awful service - DO NOT USE
I ordered 50 energy gels which were confirmed but when they were dispatched from the warehouse the order had been changed to 40. When I complained the response was quite condescending and I had to press to get what I'd paid for. I suggested a little bonus for my effort in pointing out their 'error' and received i extra gel - not much of an apology!
