Products easy to fine on the site and arrived earlier than expected

This company provided no adequate service at 2:30 am to a 77-year-old and a 76-year-old plus a Ukrainian refugee who had already undertaken a 24 hour journey.
Their incompetence resulted in 3 vulnerable people trying to sleep all night in a Costa Coffee at a service station.
Would I recommend this company. A definite no!

Unlike most of the negative reviews I have been happy with Symbio. Before I chose them I considered their charging system and was happy to go along with it. This is my third property where I have used them and have not had any difficulties switching, at one point having accounts on two properties my new and old.
Before Symbio I had used several other suppliers and not noticed any real difference between Symbio and the others in the ease of using them online.
I have also had phone conversations with them and found their customer service to be fine.

Ordered via a newspaper advert. First issue was when I was informed that the delivery would be delayed.
When the product finally arrived it was obviously the wrong plant inspite of the container label showing the correct name.
I sent photos by email but with no response. Then I tried the auto help to be told the first time that the wait was less than two hours. Just crazy for an interactive system.
I tried numerous times at different times of day the shortest wait time was less than 45 mins - WOW!
I was asked for more photos on a couple of occasions but sad to say never got an answer.

Sorry but now would not touch them with a barge pole. It is no way to run an online business.

Top cash back is a great site for checking out services, often offering alternative sites to the initial one you think of. Then there is the incentive of the cash back as well.

Site was clearly laid out and easy to find exact model I was looking for.
Order process was straightforward. Goods arrived speedily and were as described.

Simple to add a few clicks to almost any online order and end up with cash to spend. Lovely bonus.
