This was a visit to the salon to enquire about pricing for hair colour services.
The receptionist was not very friendly and helpful.
She quoted me prices for hair colour which were overpriced and not at all competitive or realistic. When I mentioned how expensive it seemed up to other quotes in the City, she replied "Well, that's the price"
I was quite shocked the way in which she addressed me and her manner was certainly not was expected.
I had been a customer over a year ago but due to not being able to get an appointment within a reasonable time frame, I decided to find another salon.
I returned today with hope that things had changed but in fact it appeared worst.
It's such a shame after having a positive experience and great results previously.
I would not recommend the salon anymore as it appears more for training purposes than a salon which the receptionist confirmed.

Anna Pallatt was the person I spoke to when paying my service charge.
She was very friendly and helpful and offered to check all my accounts to make sure they were all paid as they were paid separately.
One of the friendliness contacts at Credit Control I've spoken to in my 12 years of paying service charge.
It really helps having someone who has an understanding of our charges and shows empathy during the conversation.

I visited the store last Saturday morning dreading having to find a suitable replacement for my old washing machine and fridge freezer.
Umesh who was busy away working came to my assistance and was absolutely brilliant.
Knowledgable, helpful, supportive, good understanding of my needs and dealt with my requests swiftly and professionally.
I don't think Umesh could have done better and really made the experience without doubt a pleasant one.
I'm so glad I was able to visit the store and get great customer service from start to finish and not forgetting the aftercare.

The staff were friendly and welcoming who were working just inside the door. Good to see eye contact and acknowledgement when walking in door.
Liaised with three staff who were able to provide me with some advice and knowledge of the product in order to make an informed decision about the products bought.

The experience from start to finish was flawless apart from the date arrangement to install which proved to be slightly more difficult than anticipated to sort.
Once booked the date changed with little notice but fortunately I was able to be available for the proposed new date.
The joiner was absolutely amazing and his workmanship was 100% and very particular. He was a very pleasant person and was willing to listen to my concerns and also worked with me when placing the shelving in at the heights that I wanted.
Lucas was his name and was originally from Poland just in case you cannot trace the joiner to thank.
I was dreading the work being done thinking about the mess and the actual outcome but I was really happy with the work and how it was done.

Customer Service was exceptional from start to finish. Getting the right design, colour and style was dealt with professionally and efficiently.

Running Imp have been very clear within their communication and correspondence an have been helpful especially Georgia who went through the options available which made it so much easier.
We are a small running group but still our order was dealt with very professionally helping us really get our group's name out there in a bright and inviting way.
It was great to find a company that are happy for a chat about any detail which we were a bit unsure about to put our minds at ease rather than relying on emails.
We will be using Running Imp again and we would absolutely recommend them to other groups or organisations out there able to manage any order no matter the circumstances.

I was immediately attracted to the Website as it's very appealing to preuse and very easy also.
All prices were clear and also a sale on to save me money.

The only negative thing about Repair Care is they cannot always provide a quick repair date and can wait up to a week plus the cost if the repair is minor is not discounted.

I felt the product was easy to find on the website but the delivery is stated as free with no restrictions on the main screen next to the company supplying but when you get to the checkout, delivery costs are incurred. This is because you HAVE to spend at least £40. That's the only drawback
