First class food easy to use in the…

First class food easy to use in the microwave, very useful for a retired single person. First class delivery service. I am a diabetic & the low sugar sweets are excellent.

Item not delivered on time

On the 26/28 Jan I ordered a shoe rack & in the email confirmation I was told it would delivered on Fri 6 Feb. It did not arrive at all & on phoning your customer services I was told it was out of stock & would be delivered on Wed 18 Feb, which it enventually did at 1800 via Evri. Why was I not informed that it wouldn't be delivered at the first time, no information at all, all it needed was to send an email. Very poor service.

We are sorry to hear that your order took longer than expected.

If an item is out of stock this may mean that the whole order is held until all items are available so they can be sent out at the same time.

Our transactional emails are automated so an order confirmation email will have been received which would have advised if an item was out of stock alongside an estimated arrival time.

We are incredibly sorry if this did not happen in this instance as this does not meet our usual high standards.

We appreciate your patience and sincerely apologise for any inconvenience but thank you for your understanding.

Your customer service is very poor

Your customer service is very poor, I ordered some plants on approx 24/3, saying delivery would be 7 - 10 days. After 3 weeks on 12/4 I sent you an E-mail to say I had not received the plants, I received from you and automated reply but nothing else, I then sent you another E-mail with no reply at all, I then sent you another E-mail on 21/4, again an automated E-mail reply. In the end I telephoned you and spoke to one of your customer service reps, this time I eventually got service and received my order 5 days later. I find this service very poor and will not be ordering from you again.

The food is excellent

The food is excellent, but the driver just left the food in the porch, which was fine but he didnt ring the bell or knock on the door to let me know it was there. Also in the last but one order there was an item missing, when I informed you of this I was told it would be included in my next order. It wasn't so I contacted Oakhouse to inform them of this.

I ordered 3 items on 8/8/20

I ordered 3 items on 8/8/20, I received confirmation that 2 would be delivered by 17/8/20 and the other by 8/9/20. I didn't receive anything by the the end of August and when I contacted your Customer Services by phone, I also sent an E-mail which I never received a reply to' I was told that they would all by sent together. I had received nothing by 21/9/20 so I contacted your Customer Services and was told that they would be sent out in the next 7 days. I have just received them today. The person I spoke to just didn't seem interested at all. Also one of the items I ordered was Solar LED Fairy Lights 100, I thought I had ordered them in multi colours but When I received confirmation I realised they were White. I immediatly E-Mailed to tell you I required Multi colours. Again I received no reply and on receiving the order they were white. I realise things are hard the moment I dont rate your service at all. If they are unhappy with the item ordered and you wish to return the item you can fill in the returns slip on the delivery note and place this inside their packaged parcel of the items you wish to return and send it back to the following address:
