I ordered 3 items on 8/8/20

I ordered 3 items on 8/8/20, I received confirmation that 2 would be delivered by 17/8/20 and the other by 8/9/20. I didn't receive anything by the the end of August and when I contacted your Customer Services by phone, I also sent an E-mail which I never received a reply to' I was told that they would all by sent together. I had received nothing by 21/9/20 so I contacted your Customer Services and was told that they would be sent out in the next 7 days. I have just received them today. The person I spoke to just didn't seem interested at all. Also one of the items I ordered was Solar LED Fairy Lights 100, I thought I had ordered them in multi colours but When I received confirmation I realised they were White. I immediatly E-Mailed to tell you I required Multi colours. Again I received no reply and on receiving the order they were white. I realise things are hard the moment I dont rate your service at all. I have checked the system and I can see that you ordered the white fairy lights.

If they are unhappy with the item ordered and you wish to return the item you can fill in the returns slip on the delivery note and place this inside their packaged parcel of the items you wish to return and send it back to the following address:

Once received back then our warehouse team will process your refund or exchange.
