The packaging was severely damaged. Luckily the item was well protected inside the box and arrived in one piece. I've had a few parcels arrive with the outer packaging damaged now and it's only a matter of time before the actual item arrives damaged.

Was there for a tyre fitting. Unfortunately the tyres hadn't been delivered, (booked through RAC, so not F1 Autocentres issue). The staff waited while I phoned the supplier to find out what happened. After cancelling the delivery from the RAC, F1 Autocentres Darwen were able to replace tyres with comparable tyres from their stock. While there I also saw them deal with other customers and the service they provided. Would definitely recommend F1 Autocentres Darwen.
Straight forward enough, just ridiculous the way you have to sit at the exit trying to contact someone to give them a booking reference to get out when you've prepaid. Especially when there's anpr cameras at the entrance and exit.

Consistently taking longer and longer to deliver medicines. Last prescription has been out for delivery for 6 working days. Just not good enough.

I am sorry to hear this. Having reviewed your account I can see we received your prescription from the surgery on the 30/10 and dispatched the order with Royal Mail on the same day. I am sorry this has not yet been delivered by Royal Mail as expected.
Royal Mail usually advise 2/3 working days for delivery, however, they are experiencing delays in certain areas. I do apologise.
I expect your parcel to arrive shortly, however, if you have run out of medication we would advise speaking to your GP surgery to obtain an emergency supply to collect locally. Please get in touch if you require assistance with this.

Had a good idea which sofa I wanted, and was able to look around the store without any hard sell. When it came to ordering the sofologist was on hand and provided good information and some recommendations. Was able to complete the order with no issues. Thank you.

It's terrible that I had to go through the whole booking process before finding out the flights I was booking were no longer available. Then I had to start from the begining with different flights, got there in the end and resonably priced flights.
