Absolutely awful service and lack customer service and knowledge. Phoned up on Thursday to see if I can get my tyre repaired and spoke to Kieran on the phone and he said he can get me in for Saturday at 8:30. I turn up for my appointment for someone called Chris telling me that there is no booking and huff and puff saying it’s just him and another Staff member and he will have to do, he wasn’t happy about that. Collected my car later on and alls fine. I didn’t drive my car until yesterday (Monday) after 6 miles down the road I get a warning on my dash ‘tyre sensors not detected’. This was a new problem. I called them up to speak to Chris again who just doesn’t sound interested in the slightest and said to check all the tyre pressures and it’ll go away but if not bring it back that day and they’ll look at it. Thankfully I have a portable machine and found out the tyre that they repaired was 7 PSI over the stated pressure. The fault still on my dash so I head back to the garage to see Chris again bear In mind he was the one that told me to come in if the warning was on my dash still and again all stressed as he doesn’t know what’s happened and thinks that the fitter have hit the sensor and that he’s not anyone and that the part will need to be ordered. He took my details and said he will call me that day. Guess what, no call. I called before they closed and it was Chris again and he just said ‘oh I forgot to call you’ he haven’t ordered the part as he doesn’t know how to and needs to wait until today for his assistant manager to order it and will be fitted today as he have more staff on. He even had the Audacity to ask me to source the part and they fit it. I told him no chance. So today have come and guess what AGAIN, no contact even though I said that I need him to let me know ASAP. I work in the community and use my car on a daily basis and the warning on the dash constant dings and flashes and the useless people that work in that garage are just incompetent and useless. No customer skills and if it’s not a straight forward job then not bothered or to even correct the fault that THEY made. Save you time and effort and go elsewhere
