Absolutely awful service and lack…

Absolutely awful service and lack customer service and knowledge. Phoned up on Thursday to see if I can get my tyre repaired and spoke to Kieran on the phone and he said he can get me in for Saturday at 8:30. I turn up for my appointment for someone called Chris telling me that there is no booking and huff and puff saying it’s just him and another Staff member and he will have to do, he wasn’t happy about that. Collected my car later on and alls fine. I didn’t drive my car until yesterday (Monday) after 6 miles down the road I get a warning on my dash ‘tyre sensors not detected’. This was a new problem. I called them up to speak to Chris again who just doesn’t sound interested in the slightest and said to check all the tyre pressures and it’ll go away but if not bring it back that day and they’ll look at it. Thankfully I have a portable machine and found out the tyre that they repaired was 7 PSI over the stated pressure. The fault still on my dash so I head back to the garage to see Chris again bear In mind he was the one that told me to come in if the warning was on my dash still and again all stressed as he doesn’t know what’s happened and thinks that the fitter have hit the sensor and that he’s not anyone and that the part will need to be ordered. He took my details and said he will call me that day. Guess what, no call. I called before they closed and it was Chris again and he just said ‘oh I forgot to call you’ he haven’t ordered the part as he doesn’t know how to and needs to wait until today for his assistant manager to order it and will be fitted today as he have more staff on. He even had the Audacity to ask me to source the part and they fit it. I told him no chance. So today have come and guess what AGAIN, no contact even though I said that I need him to let me know ASAP. I work in the community and use my car on a daily basis and the warning on the dash constant dings and flashes and the useless people that work in that garage are just incompetent and useless. No customer skills and if it’s not a straight forward job then not bothered or to even correct the fault that THEY made. Save you time and effort and go elsewhere

1st and last time I will be using.

I got given a different prescription than what was supposed to of been sent but the sticky label on the prescription box was the one I meant to have. Meant to receive
Metronidazole Tablets BP 200mg or Metronidazole Tablets BP 400mg but instead got nitrofurantoin 100mg. What a waste of £24. I did this as I was struggling to get a doctor appointment. How is that legal?

Easy to apply and set up app but…

Easy to apply and set up app but afterwards it keeps saying my passcode is incorrect and having to reset my passcode every few days which is annoying. I’ve got it set to biometric but that fails then asks for my passcode which I put the correct one in but says there’s a problem and needs resetting for me to put one in to say it can’t be the same as the last one which was what I put in which said it was incorrect. Nightmare. Would give 5* if it wasn’t for that, sort it out Bip so I can give you better star rating

Customer service is non existent

Customer service is non existent. 2nd time I’ve tried to get through to customer service. 1st when I was a new customer and took 48minutes to finally get through and now 44 minutes in and counting as still not through to anyone. Why does it take this long everytime to get through to someone. These are 2 separate calls within months apart. No one has this amount of time to keep on hold to speak to a human. Your web chat is just as awful too. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER AS ITS ABOUT A PAYMENT

Despicable company

Despicable company. Paid on time except for once because my bank card was lost, I had to wait for another that I got charged for late payment and now they’ve closed my account because of 1 late payment. I had to email them to see why I can’t access anything my payments and the got a very insulting email back saying as above and hopefully I will be welcomed back in the future. So yes I will paying my remaining off and never come back. No loyalty at all and won’t touch with a barge poll at all and hope no one else signs up with them too.

Always decreasing credit limit for no reason

I’ve had clear pay for a while now. I’ve never missed a payment and order frequently but my spending limit have gone from £750 to £1050 down to £950 and now back to £750 within a matter of months. I don’t understand why?! Again I’ve never missed a payment, always paid in time or before the date it needs to be paid?!

Margaret from fraudline is beyond rude to customers. No wonder Lloyds have only got bad reviews if they employee people like her

Needed to transfer 1k to my sister and had to call fraud line. Understandable but the call handler, Margaret was damnit right rude because I asked a question about what she was asking me for. Instead of just politely explaining to me, she became arrogant. Sorry am I not allowed to ask Question about something and not be treated like I’ve done something wrong. So she didn’t like it when I became arrogant back to her. I asked for her name near the end and she just said ‘I told you at the beginning’ she could of just said her name instead of being rude. Train your staff empathy Lloyds. No wonder there’s loads of complaints on here if they’re getting people like Margaret handling their calls

Fantastic

Such a good thing to have to fall back on. You can pay it off sooner than the said date after your first order. I’ve had a few problems where I’ve activated ‘zilch anywhere’ but the payment method was refused but other than that 5*

Not prompt delivery at all

Not prompt delivery at all. Paid for express delivery on Friday and finally on Wednesday I get an email that says it’s dispatched. Not express delivery at all. I called Tuesday to see if I’ll be receiving it by the said date and someone called Samantha said that it’ll be processed that day and be delivered Wednesday. Not the case at all. Looks like I’ll be receiving it a week from when I paid for 1-3 days delivery service. I ordered via express delivery for a very good reason but won’t bother from now on. Shocking service

No knock

I was in all day and only found out that I Actually got the delivery by email as no one knocked or used my doorbell. So sounds to me he placed the parcel by the door and ran back to his van. My usually Hermes delivery driver Chris is very good but the person who delivers during the weekend just don’t care

I should of expected my click and collect today at the store but no emails or text stated it was in or that’s it’s dispatched. I called customer service this morning (30mins wait) to talk to a man that literally had the same info as me and then all of a sudden he said an email came through stating it should be arriving in store in 2 days. I tracked my order online this evening to see that it’s now been pushed back 7 more days. I haven’t received any email or text to even say it’s been delayed. I called up customer service again (20mins wait) to have another person that hadn’t a clue and didn’t even have the new tracking date on her system so she didn’t like the fact that I got fed up and she became very rude considering she was as helpful as a chocolate tea pot but had no understanding why I’m annoyed and didn’t even apologise for the incompetence of the company she works with. So She started getting rude saying that how could she know when it’ll be delivered, she’s not the courier that drops them off. Then abruptly raised her voice saying ‘so you want a refund then’ Clearly she didn’t like the fact I wasn’t happy with her not knowing the info that most customer service centres should know or even try to find out. She then said after 10mins of going in circles, That it’s well in time frame as it’s 10 working days for orders that went through at end is September (no email sent about this , only Company that never notify their paying customers, that it’ll be delayed) but when I ordered it gave me a date, surely that date should of been confirmed and given to customers if they can’t honour it or notify us if not. Sorry but isn’t that her job? She basically told me if I don’t receive it in 2 days to call up again (as apparently I have all the time in the world to catch up and do their job) I would of gone for a refund but seeing everyone else’s reviews, I’ll never get the money back. Despicable service from warehouse and customer services. I even said that she should clearly notify her manager regarding this as I’m sure I’m not the only one (clearly all the reviews show this) but she just said she will but doubt it as you can tell by the way she said it. Even sent an email but haven’t received a response back. So please anyone who would like to order, don’t. Order from George, TU etc as you actually get your parcels and will receive communication if there’s a problem with your order and probably much better, informed person who works in the customer service centre. If on the off chance you want to check my order, my order number is 37978278 but I won’t hold my breathe.

Scam, do not use. I ordered an item and received it one month later and it’s not even the one I ordered. Completely different to the advertisement and cheap and tacky. Im trying to get my money back through PayPal which isn’t proving likely as they want me to pay for it to be shipped back to China at £63. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Myself and my family stayed at a property through skyes holiday cottages. We weren’t very impressed due to the owners constantly having work done everyday on the property whilst we were staying there and then having friends coming around in the evening to be shown the update of the work being done on the property. So we had zero privacy and wasn’t happy with the stay at all. I left a review on the website but some how the review have disappeared?

very Very happy with county Attire

I have ordered quite a few items lately which includes 2 kids Barbour jackets, kids Joules rain coat and previously my own Barbour jacket and have now just purchased a Barbour jacket for myself. I can’t praise countryattire enough. They dispatch the items quickly and everything is as stated. Very happy with this coming and definitely recommend.

Waste of time

Applied for just £100 on Thursday, it’s now Tuesday. Nothing at all. Got 2 emails asking for proof of ID sent both times within minutes of recieving the email. 1p has been taken from my account a few days later but no correspondence and I haven’t the time to call and put on hold. Wouldn’t touch this company at all

very good service

was quick and easy on the internet. had no problems processing my phone and bag was sent 2 days later to me and the next day the money was in my account, im very pleased with everything and will be using mazuma again if i want to sell my future phones
