Uninterested Once they Have your £££££s…

You cant reach the store without going thru a call centre. No one answers even when the call centre leaves messages. Despite this I bought a new Audio system which has been only part fitted. Now three days later no one has called me as promised and once more trying to get to speak to anyone except in a South African Call centre is impossible.NO ONE IS INTERESTED. I have now got my credit card company to action a charge back for the + £650.00 I have spent. Halfords was once good but not anymore.

AVOID Like The PLAGUE.

This Company is dealing with a business in administration for which I am a creditor. I have filled in all the forms they requested, sent emails & left messages without a single response or update on progress.Then last week I received a letter post marked 29.11.24 from PWC containing the same form I had completed with the letter dated 28.12.23.
I rung again today to be brushed off once more. They dont give out names of directors to make an appointment to complain personally, but you can arrange it by phone IF THEY CALL YOU BACK !!
This I was told is becuse they are a "NO NAMES COMPANY"

Bouquet much smaller than shown on Website Misleading…

Bouquet much smaller than I expected and the online photo gave the impression of a much bigger bouquet.I would have expected it to have been better presented rather than just delivered in a cardboard box and wrapped in brown paper.

Apparently you have to report issues within five days or they won’t do anything. I wasn’t complaining about the quality which was very good. I was remarking on a deceptive photo of what was received. Still I wouldn’t use this company again and suggest any potential customers use caution when ordering . From now own I’ll be using the high street local florist.

Maybe Trading Standards should take a look. Looks like Cowboys and Chancers run this company. "Customer Service" LOL.

Too many let downs and excuses

I have had many failed deliveries from you in the past years and it's always a lame excuse for a failed delivery

I am sorry you have had issues with your passed deliveries with reference to the delivery above the items came into the depot on the 26th October from the suppliers and we then delivered these items to you on the 27th October if this is not the case then please contact me on the following email info@dxfreight.co.uk.

With reference to your complaint I have also requested our team call you to help you further.

Dont care once they have your Money.

Advised that delivery was out - never arrived, turned out that they had failed to give CITY LINK my address correctly,this happened twice MORE so I wasted three days waiting in. Bilnds 4uk couldnt care less and blamed city link,which was a lie as CITY LINK proved that they were given the wrong info, and they deliver stuff to me frequently and are reliable. When I complained Blinds 4uk shrugged it off and put the phone down. Appalling customer service .If you are thinking of buying a blind there are loads better companies out there.
