Ben was superb from the word go. Friendly, helpful, non judgemental, and not pushy in the slightest. Liaised with him over the phone the day before, all transparent and upfront, better than expected part exchange, and service with a smile. Only mild gripe was that an extended warranty wasn't available, but there is a 90 day one supplied FOC until I sort something out.They have made arrangements to get a windscreen blemish removed at no cost.Ben is a credit to the Chorley branch, and it is unlikely I would have driven an hour out of my way without such a level of professionalism involved. Having worked in customer facing sales for 27 years, I can appreciate that the reputation of the company is in the hands of every individual. Well done, Ben.
