I wanted to clarify that when applying for an insurance policy, it is standard practice for insurance companies to check the CUE database to access any claims history. CUE is a central database that holds information on all insurance claims and incident reports made by policyholders. If the information disclosed does not match what the database confirms, we ask for you to contact us to discuss this in more detail. When updating the information to match the CUE database, this can affect the premium you were originally quoted.
