Stay away from this company

Stay away from this company. The cheap entry price isn't worth it. They still do steep April price rises regardless and we constantly have outages. Every few weeks, at least, for hours sometimes DAYS at a time. They do "schedules maintenances" SO OFTEN but they've also been starting an hour or two before the scheduled time. Raising this with their customer service each time and getting it resolved takes days, sometimes weeks. Absolutely shocking service that isn't worth the money. Shambles!
