Going electric turned out not to be the right choice for my needs and between Matt and Alan they were exemplary in how they managed the situation and put me as the customer as the priority above all. I decided to move in a different direction and because of their attitude and professionalism I remained with the brand and in particular with Basingstoke Audi. I have never received a better experience from any car dealership and cannot recommend or praise this Dealership high enough. Exceptional service.
