They advised that an engineer would attend between 10:00 and 12:00 today; however, no one arrived. I contacted them to ask for an update and was told they would speak with the engineer and return my call, but I did not receive any further communication.
I attempted to follow up three additional times from the same number without success. When I called from an alternative number, the call was answered immediately, but the representative ended the call as soon as they realised it was me.
