Poor design, good customer service

Good customer service let down by poorly designed products.
ResMed 11 has a breathing tube that isn’t on a spinner so the hose manoeuvrability is very poor. (unlike ResMed 10), why do an “upgrade “ which has less functionality than its predecessor? Similarly, the water tank is smaller and spills constantly, and its metal heat pad is such poor quality metal that the first time you wash it, it scratches everywhere. I’m in a hard water area and the water tank has to be cleaned every night- the tank is full of nooks and crannies where you can’t remove calcium deposits. For the price of installing a decent metal heater pad it must cost around pennies per machine.
I’ve tried six different masks, none fit very well. The head straps need an additional cover to fit properly available for £10 on Amazon, but you shouldn’t have to buy them extra for such an expensive machine.
The customer service is excellent, the product design team needs to ask the end users what actually works.
