Really bad experience.

We were insulted by welcome staff and treated like worthless people.
Upon bringing the car back, they pretend we had made a very small (3,5 cm) damage to the wheel, which we didn't (we could not check the car upon pick up because it was in a dark parking area) and they are now charging us 500 euros!!
To anyone renting a car, apply the avis / budget staff own advice: "next time, if you are not happy, do rent somewhere else"
Outrageous!!!
