Kathryn provided comprehensive instructions regarding signing Audi finance and online paperwork. The car was ready for collection on the agreed time & date where all handover documentation was processed and all queries were answered to my satisfaction. The presentation of the car was excellent and the sales manager took some time to ensure I was satisfied with the service.
