Worst experience ever. I bought a game and expected an instant download. I paid with PayPal and got an email saying the order was on hold. After they took my money, they demanded a picture of a government-issued ID with a piece of paper where the order number should be handwritten. This was not clearly displayed before they took my money. I needed to open a ticket and argue with them. Now they need one to two business days to process the refund. Never again.
