Customer service needs improving. Main issue is that they won't help you without a photo, so if you don't send them a picture, they won't resolve the issue that you need help with. This is problematic if you do not have a smartphone, so I think this needs to be taken into account moving forward to improve the customer experience as not everyone has a smartphone.
Eventually managed to get my issue resolved but it took a long time and several conversations to finally get resolved.
