Shocking
Tried to order the new full fibre on its release. Was offered 3 months free. No updates were given and I must have rang every 2 weeks for around 4 months and each time they had to search for an update only to be told the issue was with openreach. Openreach can’t be contacted directly so no way to find out. After 2 months my order was cancelled for some reason with no explanation. Staff have no idea what is going on. No sign of trying to resolve the issue so cancelled and went with BT instead, much more straight forward!
