House move
We moved from our property and provided the final reading gave them details of the new owner but the are still asking for readings and requesting estimated direct debits as the clam that they can't close the account and that we are still going to receive bills until they close our account. I have asked for the complaint to be escalated and requested a call back from Quality Assurance Team.
