Beware - not trustworthy - bad experience
For my second (!) order, after (!) completion of the mobile payment, they didn't send email me the purchased products in 5-10 minutes as promised, but redirected me to the webpage of an external service provider, requiring me to do a video-based verification of me and my ID card. Without the needed hardware to do that, I could not use that service.
Upon mailing their customer support, they asked me to supply them with photographs of me holding my ID card next to my face. This is unacceptable. If they want to treat me like a criminal, they could have requested such a verification step before (!) the payment process or already upon registering at the shop with my verified Google/PayPal account details and even before my first order.
At least I received an email confirming the cancellation of my order, but afterwards, days passed without the promised refund to appear on my mobile account. Customer support answered, but remained vague. Absolutely not helpful. It took several more inquiries, and after 14 days, I also opened a ticket at their mobile payment transactions provider, asking for further investigation. Suddenly, the refund was processed.
A bad and disappointing performance. Too much hassle. I told them I may have continued to do purchases at their shop occasionally, but find this behavior unacceptable.
