I am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment with the way my recent issue has been handled. I purchased a Zulay coffee Magia machine with the expectation of quality and reliability, but my experience with your customer service has been anything but satisfactory.
After my coffee machine began malfunctioning, I reached out to your team seeking assistance. Instead of receiving support or an easy resolution, I was instructed to ship the unit back to you at my own cost—with no help, label, or alternative solution offered. This alone was disappointing, but the situation became much worse when the courier (UPS) damaged and broke my coffee machine during shipping.
I am now in the middle of a claim dispute with UPS in order to be reimbursed for a machine that, frankly, should have been repaired or replaced directly by Zulay. This entire ordeal has been an absolute nightmare—time-consuming, stressful, and completely avoidable had your company taken more responsibility or offered local repair options here in Canada.
It is incredibly disappointing that a company I once trusted has shown so little regard for its customers. A simple gesture—such as offering to replace the machine or assisting with the return—would have gone a long way toward retaining my loyalty. Unfortunately, given this experience, I am now forced to recover my loss through UPS insurance and will be taking my business elsewhere.
Good frother, awesome customer service.
Good frother, awesome customer service. These frothers can be kind of fickle at times. You get one, it takes months to wear out then the next one breaks within a month or two. The thing that Zulay Kitchen has going for them is their customer service and desire to please. I've owned 7 or 8 over the years, given them as gifts and I managed to break a couple. :-) Zulay stands behind their product with great support and a pretty solid product.

It's not often today that companies stand behind their products. I appreciate that zulay kitchen does. My frother is one of my favorite kitchen tools. I use it everyday to froth my coffee. I've tried other frothers but this is my favorite.
Excellent customer service
My milk frother stopped working after a few years. Submitted the warranty replacement online and was quickly sent a replacement (with an extra!!) within a couple days. Just had to pay for shipping. Great company and your excellent customer service is top notch!!
Pineapple Slicer/Product Warranty
Received pineapple corer/slicer as a gift and it works great and makes it quick to core and slice pineapple. The slicer broke after 3-4 uses. Zulay customer service was good and they replaced the slicer no questions asked. I only gave 3 stars due to the fact that I had to pay shipping again for the replacement slicer. I believe that Zulay should have covered replacement at no cost to me.

Special thanks to Lei, who helped me with my panic when my pomegranate juicer got hung up halfway here for almost two days. I had a big container full of pomegranates that were starting to go bad, from the tree in our yard, and didn't want to have to throw too many away. I didn't have to. The juicer works quite well, I'm very happy with it, and the customer service was great.
Life time warranty
This frother is great but it did stop working a couple months later but theyre sending me a replacement at no cost. This lifetime warranty they have is a game changer! Best bet is to get this frother. They are legit and have great customer service.

I’ve had my Zulay lemon/lime squeezer for years, and it’s easily one of my favorite kitchen tools. When it finally needed replacing, I used the lifetime warranty and they sent me a brand-new one right away—no hassle, just great service! The quality and customer care are both outstanding. I’ll definitely be exploring more Zulay products soon!
Zulay customer service is awesome
My husband bought me a new Zulay frother many months ago and it stopped working. I contacted their customer service line by email showing the receipt and asked them what the procedure was to get a replacement. I received a response within 24 hours. They explained all I needed was to show proof with a short video my frother was not working. Almost a week later (I was very busy during this time) I received a reminder email from them. I thought this was very courteous. Most companies would have closed the claim from no response from the consumer, not Zulay, they asked me if I was still on need of my claim and I was grateful because I was so busy I forgot. I sent them a video attachment the next day and within 2 days of receiving the email proof, I had a new frother in the mail. No questions asked. Every correspondence, was well written and very polite and I will definitely do business with them again.

Excellent customer service. My trusty frother started running poorly even after I changed the batteries and Lei, who helped me via email, was the most helpful. Highly recommend this company and the frother is life changing.

Great customer service!
The customer service has been great. The product has not. I ordered the portable blender for breakfast smoothies. The first one took multiple tries to charge, then stopped working about 10 seconds into the first use. The company was amazing and sent a replacement immediately. The replacement had some charging issues at first but finally charged up. I was able to use it twice, then the charge ran completely out. After TWO smoothies which take least than a minute each to blend. To say I'm less than impressed is am understatement.
