ZR visa offers an excellent service for a spouse visa application. It's been over 2 years that my partner was trying to join me in the UK but his 2 visa applications on his own were rejected. The service was impeccable so much so that my application for a fiance visa went smooth and it was done so well that it even took less time than anticipated. Professional and Good Ethic!
I saw ZR Visas, UK service online. After reading all the reviews, I decided to use their service for my spousal visa renewal. The initial consultation call went well. Everything was explained to me clearly. Once I paid for the service, Mr Naveed took control of the entire process. Every question I had, Mr Naveed replied quickly on Whatsapp. The entire process went smooth and my application submission took roughly two weeks for approval. I will use ZR Visa service again and highly Recommend!!!

Straight after we paid for the visa the…
Straight after we paid for the visa the message was sent to us that the y are on holiday for a week, and no contact should be made
After the arrival of the visa they didn’t send the link with the original email from the government and the decision was copy and paste with a different date for each customer
After that when I asked one question they said if you want to book our services you have to pay more money

You booked service with us on 25 June 2023 and agreed to the terms and conditions of the business by email.
On receiving full information from you on 4 July 2023, we prepared your application in 1 working day and sent you Draft Application for approval on 5 July 2023. On receiving your approval on draft application, we submitted your application on 8 July 2023.
We received your UK visa approval decision on 26 Aug 2023 and the original decision email was forwarded you on the same day which had your visa expiry date. May be you failed to read the full email and no accusing us falsely.
We also wrote in our email to offer you a Free Follow up Courtesy Call in the following words-
"As your visa application is already approved and you have received your visa. No more work required on your visa application. Therefore, I will closed your file after courtesy call".
You replied email in following words on 26 Aug 2023-
"Hi Naveed, thank you for that I appreciate it, I will send review for your services shortly, I wish I knew your company before it would have saved me a lot of time and energy in my last application".
The following up call was your opportunity to ask any questions you may have but did not use the opportunity.
We also mentioned in our email that-
"This is an OISC regulatory requirement that we close file on completion of agreed work and we also mentioned this in the client care letter".
Your BRP has also been delivered. You asked us a question that why BRP Expiry Date is 31 Dec 2023. We replied you with official UK Government website link that all UK BRP Cards will expire on this date. We provided you link with following information-
"If your BRP expires on 31 December 2024. You do not need to tell UKVI if your BRP expires on 31 December 2024 but your immigration status (for example, your visa) allows you to stay longer.
You will not need a BRP from 1 January 2025. You’ll be able to prove your immigration status online, without a BRP."
We also provided you the source from UK Government website https://www.gov.uk/biometric-residence-permits/report-problem
In view of the above information, it becomes clear that we provided you full advice and support until completion of agreed work. Your file was closed as part of the client care letter. Hence, your false accusations do not have any standing.
