We had a consultation with Naveed from ZR Visas and we finally got so much clarity about our options and how to proceed. Naveed was a wealth of knowledge and was very friendly and approachable. Thorough professional service
Despite being quite experienced, having handled my (now) wife's 6 tourist visas all the way through to UK Citizenship, I felt it better to seek professional support to prepare my step daughter's UK child dependant visa application. I wanted to give it our best shot and was a little concerned how best to handle and present issues like sole parental responsibility, proof of relationship etc. Naveed of ZR Visas was excellent throughout the visa application process - thoroughly addressing every issue, providing templates for various letters, collating and presenting data in a very professional and comprehensive manner etc, etc. communication was also excellent throughout (even outside office hours). Based on my experience, Naveed clearly cares so much about his customers and thanks to his help our application was processed successfully within 8 weeks - we are SO pleased we chose ZR Visas and would recommend them to anyone.
