Really impressed. The very humorous delivery email made me smile. Easy to use, fast delivery, and really rather good. Will use again.

I was surprised at the range of reviews of this company - from 1 star to 5 stars. I can only say that I have recently received a large framed photo from my son and was very impressed and so I ordered two myself. The website was easy to use and the service was prompt. The colours were very faithfully reproduced and the workmanship on the mounting and framing was spot-on. I can’t fault this company.

Don't touch with a barge-pole. As per previous reviews, they take the image, ignore the margins, crop it and produce their own version. I ordered passport photos for reproduction, they cut the top off the head. Contacted customer services who refused to correct their error, saying it was my fault - it wasn't. Very poor service and completely unusable for passport photos - offered a 20% discount to re-print. Laughable.

I had an issue with the website on Black Friday deals where It kept altering my order. After thinking I’d finally successfully made the order it came wrong ! When I got in touch they refused to help and ignored all emails trying to explain the issues I’d experienced!! Not to mention the case was poor quality.

I’ve ordered three framed pictures from Zippi. They are very good quality, crystal clear images with great colour. The frames are sturdy and a really high quality.

Their emails are fantastic too, always bring a smile to my face!

I have over the months ordered so many lovely items,mainly the wonderful coasters which,in truth are more like beautiful photographs which I've dotted up on end around my home!

There are some I've recently ordered in good time for a brother's upcoming 70th Birthday and they are just so lovely,especially the childhood photo ones....they are super "old-fashioned" black and white prints which have been produced so clearly and are absolutely perfect.

As always,I can highly recommend Zippi with 5star + for speed of delivery,beautiful reproduction and amazing quality products at fabulous prices.

No doubt I'll be back again before too long!

I had ordered a mousemat on the site and had used the control panel to ensure that my image fit the 'printable area'. It appears as though this editing was removed after my order had been confirmed. When the item was delivered, the right hand site was cut off. I was then informed that there was no 'scale to fit option' and that the image had been printed as per my order which was not the case. Customer service never offered to replace the item despite the error.
