Very poor build quality, plastic and metal strimmer attachments are not suitable for the job, both broke within seconds.
The length of the item makes it very difficult to get the correct angle for edging.
Changing the cut height for the grass cutter is not easy due to the incorrect sizing of the spanner supplied.
The instruction book is not easy to follow.

Packing wasn’t great, the case of the makeup was damaged. But products are good.

Bought the portable pressure washer and the soap dispenser its absolutely useless there’s is no pressure washer in it it’s like a hose pipe waste of money gave it to the kids to have water fights

I bought an Invictus 2 with the floor tools from the TV and it was delivered to me.. It is unusable because the dust canister opens when using the cleaner. I contacted JVC through the contact form on their website and didn't receive a reply until a few week after, The reply tells me my ticket wis being closed due to inactivity. This mail is non reply and gives me a link to click on. The link is some kind of message portal where I'm told I've emailed the wrong manufacturer and says please sign in to respond. I don't have any account with JVC to sign into and there is no button to create an account/login. I simply used their website contact form where the cleaner I purchased is being sold but It appears from their message that they are saying they are not responsible for the cleaner because they are not the manufacturer, so why not give me an email address for the people whom they say are?. I'm a 73 year old female living alone stuck with a useless cleaner that cost £119.00 and would give them no stars if I could.

The user friendly website made ordering my item so simple, the description was exact as to my order placed and the delivery schedule was impressively quick.

Hit and miss over quality of products. My wife made the mistake of ordering bra’s following their guidelines. She went up a size and ordered Large only to find they were still no where near her size ( far too small ). This cost us £4.45 to return them.

Was given a day and time and was prompt driver was pleasant

When my items was delivered I was vert pleased as they came fast and on time. I reccomend buying from here, you won't be disappointed.
I will be buying more fro. Here in the future.

The belvia bras are comfortable to wear, and they fit well i got medium as i am that size, keep to your size and don't go down or up.

Ordered the sunglasses for self and husband. Really pleased with them made a lot of difference after cataract operations. Taken away all the glare but allowed good vision. Easy ordering, quick delivery and 3rd pair for when of us can't find our pair.

I bought this a cpl months ago but i dont think its a great product pads to light and carpet pads don't do anything .

Don't buy the spray gun absolutely useless doesn't work can spray water after cleaning after trying to use fence paint spent a hole morning trying to use it useless

I'll start with the positive the lady i delt with did try to help but couldnt, this is why i gave 2 stars.
I started the process of returning an item, I was told to just send it 2nd class and keep proof of postage and if anything goes wrong I'd still receive my refund. My parcel has now disappeared since royal mail got it.
I called jml direct only to be told as they haven't received it no refund! Do not listen to them if your item is more than £20 as that's all royal mail will give you.
If i hadn't been told it would be fine 2nd class I would have sent it 1st and been able to claim the total amount back .

Purchased 3 Belvia bras size 36/38, absolutely useless. They were no where near the correct size. The customer service representative was very ill mannered. She told me that all clothing varies slightly. However I measured the bra it was 10 inches smaller than stated. I won't buy from them again. Plus I still haven't had my refund

I was really looking forward to receiving a Jml bra , but unfortunately it’s a big disappointment .
I checked the size guide, as a large is supposed to be suitable for 36 /38 bust , I ordered that size , it’s way too small & skimpy, giving me the appearance of 2 boobs in one cup .
I thought as jml is a good company, I could rely on them .
