No glory
ZenZero (formerly Netmetix) selling systems that they do not know how to manage correctly. Our office has have had continual problems since before lockdown with licensed software via the cloud. It is glitchy and never the same two weeks running. Defaults keep changing and it really is wasteful of working time when they cannot figure out basic windows configurations and get it right, instead relying on our inhouse IT person to manage their problems.
ALWAYS AN ISSUE WITH THE SYSTEM
Yes all polite and that but absolutely useless! There is always an issue which takes zenzero HOURS to resolve!
Absolutely dislike this IT company. Please, save yourself the money and don’t bother

Cyber security with Zenzero
We signed with Zenzero for the purpose of improving our cyber security. 6 months in we have spent around £6k with them and apart from recommending we upgrade our software we are receiving little value. Initially we had been promised 24/7 monitoring etc etc but really we are receiving good quality tech support.
We have recently had a breach in our email login by a malicious link which was detected, halted and resolved by Microsoft through our standard 365 package. Our emails were down for an additional 24 hours due to being locked out by Zenzero. For large organisations with open cheque books Zenzero may be your answer, the standard contract doesn't cover much, for small business's you should find a more transparent, smaller cyber security company to work with. An example of this is Zenzero making an offer to assist in finding a new wifi provider for 1 of our offices, I clarified this is a simple task for me, I am not willing to have any additional cost. Upon receipt of the wifi quote which looked reasonable I checked the providers website and it was the worst package they offered with more than 100% markup. Direct with the wifi provider we purchased the best package they offered and saved a few quid.

Zenzero - Great team assistance with office move
Once again a huge thank you to Anne, Mike, Steve and the team for a really efficient delivery of the new office set up over the weekend and of course for the work gone into preparing for this beforehand. It all went so well we have barely noticed a transition period now we are all up and running!

A refreshing approch to IT
We first came in contact with Zenzero through a mutual customer going through some system changes. Given the customer works from rural locations, it was key to identify any potential area's of failure and Tom Mellish from there team couldn't of been more helpful or readily available to work with our team to diagnose any issue's onsite. Since this initial encounter with Zenzero, we have been so impressed with there commitment and company values, that we have recommended them to a number of our existing customers. This provides a unified IT and Telecoms service, with both supplier specialising in there field and working together to give each customer the greatest level of service/support. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Zenzero again, as this only makes the relationships with our customers even stronger.

All of the Zen Zero team are a pleasure to work with, they are knowledgeable and very driven to find robust solutions to issues. We have recently experienced a number of highly technical issues where they reacted incredibly quickly, working across and with our other partners. Highly reliable and professional firm
This firm is great, they have design and implemented a state of the art network for us to support our enterprise customers. Kevin, our account manager combines detailed technical skills with good clear practical advise. The Zenzero projects team led by Steve plan and execute projects quickly and thoroughly and communicate clearly and effectively with our users. On the day to day support side we generally have incident tickets resolved quickly on the first attempt. We would have no hesitation in recommending this firm to others, and are happy to take calls from potential customers.

We have been with Zen Zero for about 4 years now. Over that time they have helped guide us through updating our broadband, purchasing and installing new servers, migrating onto Office 365 as well as other projects.
