When someone tells you the platform has worked well for years and suddenly and consistently is not performing, try looking at your end and determining what the disconnecting issues might be.

This is an utter scam of a company. I subscribed for one year pro use. One year later I get a message from them saying I have now resubscribed at a much higher price. I did not authorise them to make my subscription a recurring one, and they did not tell me in advance that a payment would be taken or how much it would be. They have used payment details from a year previously and taken money from my account without authorisation. There is no easy way to cancel an account on their website and minimal/no information about an account is available online. Avoid this dishonest and underhand company at all costs!!!

It's not letting me cancel my membership and won't let me log in. Feel that it's a bit of a scam. I keep resetting my password and I still can't access it!

MailBigFile worked very well for gathering photographic and video entries for a large competition.
We found it easy to use and when we did have questions, the support team were very helpful and quick to reply.

It's a serious business tool, if you move big files MBF is the one to have.
I have subscribed to MailBigFile for 8 years or so now and would not consider going anywhere else. The price is incredibly low, service is excellent and the portal has never failed us. Why wouldn't you?

We're a video production company so we regularly send large video files to clients and they in turn send us gigabytes of stock footage. We've used MailBigFile for years. Never had a problem and we love our branded Business account.

I have been using MBF for over five years, and I have never had a problem with any uploads - including some very unwieldy files to multiple recipients.
Recently, I had to reach out to customer service to ask about upgrading my account to Business Account so that others could upload files to share with me.
I have rarely had such friendly, helpful and knowledgeable customer service reps. There was no waiting in an endless holding loop, no 'pleas press #5 to reach . . .' or 'let me transfer you to the that department': I immediately reached someone who solved my answered my inquiry within minutes.
Can definitely recommend MBF for your large file transfers.

I've been using the paid version of MailBigFile for quite a while now and I'm going to move to someone else. It really is 50/50 whether a file uploads or not, and I can't afford that level of unreliability. I've used other sites (I'm not going to name names) and they don't seem to have a problem, but MBF consistently stalls during uploads and I have to start again, which is incredibly frustrating. When their sole function is to upload files and they can't reliably do that then it's time to move on.

Then there was a paragraph of xml indicating some form of access denial error
