It's good but not great, There are many things that are missing for me
* Doesn't show gift wrap purchase for marketplaces like Etsy, Amazon.
*doesn't show customer notes from Shopify
* When using Parcel2Go, I have to enter all customs information like VAT EORI numbers manually

So straight forward and easy to use. Has saved hours of work for me!

We have been using Zenstore for many years. Yes, we have tried many other systems, but nothing out there even comes close to Zenstore.

Zenstore is so easy to use, setup is simple. However, if you need help, their support is beyond Amazing. A speedy and accommodating support team that work hard to resolve any issues, even when it is not a Zenstore issue. I have never know any problems over the year that would prevent label printing: a very reliable system and support.

I can honestly only say they are AMAZING.

The best order fulfilment software in the UK. Strongly recommended for small business, saves you a lot of time. Easy integration with eBay, Amazon, Shopify and others. The Zenstores team customer support is second to none, they are fast, reliable and their plans are quite cheap if you compare to similar software providers.

Excellent software, filters are nice and easy to use and lots of time each week is saved.

Although it can look complicated at the start after a few days you soon get the hang of it and improvements are being made all the time.

Top support too.

After shopping around and trying to find the ideal solution, I came across Zenstores!!! Wow!!! I am saving at least 90 minutes per day, also saving money the way they combine orders which I do not always notice.
Support is second to none and zero downtime.

Cannot recommend Zenstores enough.

Ive been using Zenstores for the past 3 years and i can honestly say they are the best company i have had the pleaure of dealing with.
When i need help i call them and within 2-3 rings they are there on the line and they are always extremelly helpful and polite especially Harry and Michael. Also Zenstores is getting better every week they are always working on new features and improving the software.it saves me around 10hrs per week and it only costs me £30 per month, when i was with Channelgrabber the same plan was over £100, very very happy customer, thanks to the team at Zenstores

Was great, And this is really disappointing. Has become slow and glitchy. Support couldn't resolve issue. I have to look for an alternative as i cannot have my dispatches missed with silly issues.

Update. More glitches. I have not bothered with support this time. I have to abandon this product for a properly functioning one.

Another update. Planned maintenance taking place during normal uk business hours. Very poor decision.

Excellent time saving software for uploading and booking Parcels

We have used the Zenstores software integrated into our website for a couple of years now and it is amazing. Works seamlessly, Fast and efficient. On a couple of occasions when I have had issues, they have been dealt with it fast and put in place whats needed. They are also great at taking feedback to implement changes that would help our store.

This software has easily saved us over 2 hours per day with its integration to Royal Mail and the bulk mailing options. Also has saved alot of time with customer service issues with everything needed in one place. I would highly recommend using this with a shopify store.

Great software, so easy to use and price very competitive.
